Velvito is not responsible for any loss, expense, product quality issues, service disruption, delivery delay, or taxes incurred by the user.

All products are checked and certified by vendors to ensure they meet the stated quality, design, style, or model.

3. Price and Availability
Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Order Cancellation

Requests for order cancellation will not be entertained after 12 hours of placing the order.

Velvito reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing or any other reason.

In case of incorrect or late delivery caused by the user (e.g., wrong or incomplete name/address), any extra delivery cost incurred by Velvito may be claimed from the user.

Users must provide accurate and authentic information.

Velvito reserves the right to verify and validate information at any time.

Providing false information may result in suspension or termination of the user’s account.

6 Payment and Security

All payments are processed through secure gateways.

Users are solely responsible for any credit/debit card fraud.

Users must only use their own personal cards for transactions.

7 Delivery and Complaints

Velvito is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by natural disasters, fire, floods, wars, or vendor-related issues.

Complaints can be made within 3 days after order delivery.
Meaning: If the order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the user can file a complaint by providing valid evidence, such as photos or videos.

Complaints made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

8 Age Restriction
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent to use the services.

9 Cashback and Offers

Cashback or offers will not be applicable on orders placed via Guest Checkout.

Logging into a user account is mandatory to avail of any cashback or offer benefits.
