At Velvito, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process. Please read the following details carefully:

1 Domestic Orders (Within India)

General Satisfaction Guarantee:
We stand by our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. No questions asked. However, unique return policies may apply to heavily discounted items or during specific campaigns.

Exclusions – ‘Final Sale’ Items:
Items listed in the ‘Final Sale’ section are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3 Return Process

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, please send the shipment back to our company address.

Reverse pick-up availability depends on your area PIN code.

Ensure that all tags, accessories (such as zippers), and original packaging are included in the return. Missing items may delay or affect the approval of your return, exchange, or refund.

Important: If a customer tears off or removes tags attached to the clothing, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Returns/exchanges will only be accepted if the customer provides hand-held photos or videos at the time of delivery to our WhatsApp number +91 8764018845.

4 Exchange / Refund

Exchanges will only be processed once the product reaches our warehouse.

If the exchange is due to our fault (e.g., wrong item, damaged, or defective product), no charges will be applied.

If the customer chooses to exchange a product for a different size, color, or another product at their own request, an exchange charge of ₹60 will apply.

Products that have already been exchanged cannot be exchanged or refunded again.

5 Return Timeframe

You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours from the date of receiving your order.

6 Payment Refund Details

Delivery charges or any discount coupon amount will not be refunded.

For prepaid orders, a 3% processing fee will be deducted in case of a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the product and will be credited to your bank account.

7 Reverse Pick-Up Terms

Reverse pick-up will be arranged wherever feasible.

Only one reverse pick-up is provided per order.

If reverse pick-up is not available in your area, you may be asked to send the product via a reliable courier service.

Note: The customer is responsible for paying the reverse pick-up charges (RTO).
